OURAY has partnered with Freedom Intermodal Tank
Services (Freedom) to expand their multicommodity
trans-loading capabilities to include regulated/hazardous
materials. This new partnership allows their facility to offer a
wide range of liquid and gas transfer capabilities from “drum‐
to‐barge” to include: Drums, IBCs, Intermodal Tanks, Road Tankers, Railcars & Barge.

Located at 4001 France Road Parkway in New Orleans, LA 70126 United States of America Being located on the Public Belt railroad gives customers rail access to multiple Class I Railroads including Norfolk Southern, BNSF, Canadian National, CSX, Kansas City Southern and Union Pacific. Being located on the New Orleans Industrial Canal provides direct water access to the Mississippi River and the Gulf of Mexico.
